Job summary

Are you a dynamic, dedicated Salesforce Administrator who wants to steer the development of our Salesforce system and take Imperial College Business School’s Executive Education unit to the next level of customer service?

Imperial College Business School is part of Imperial College London, one of the world’s pre-eminent science-based universities. The school has invested in Salesforce as a core CRM system and now want to further drive its adoption and utility as a key business tool. As our Salesforce Administrator, you’ll be working primarily with our Executive Education and Institutional Marketing teams.

These teams are dynamic and high performing and have ambitious targets for 2020. They need your help to configure the system to meet their needs and support them in putting Salesforce at the heart of all their activities.

Duties and responsibilities

Working with our Programmes Marketing and Executive Education teams, you will develop a clear understanding of their business objectives, translate these into technical and functional requirements, and develop, test, and provide post-release support for Salesforce applications.

You’ll be the first point of contact for all Salesforce related issues and provides first line technical support to end users. You will also provide training for end users so that they can get the most from the Salesforce platform.

Working with the College’s Salesforce Central administrator to ensure that development of the system is coordinated and consistent across the College.

Essential requirements

Experience in a similar role, regardless of industry, and with the required technical competencies in Salesforce Marketing Cloud and Pardot.

A passion for driving business outcomes via effective technology usage, and a commitment to team collaboration.

An interest in working at one of the UK’s top Russell Group universities.
