We are seeking a Student Recruitment Coordinator focusing on our MBA and Master’s programmes to join our energetic and results-driven team, responsible for the implementation of student recruitment plans, with a particular focus on recruiting students from the Business School’s EMEA & Americas regional market.
Duties and responsibilities
Your excellent interpersonal and communication skills will enable you to build and maintain relationships with prospective students by dealing with enquiries promptly and professionally, advising on all aspects of the admissions process, assessing suitability and providing programme information. You will be responsible for implementing a series of high-contact student communication strategies, designed to aid the conversion of high-quality candidates.
Prior experience of event management is a must as you will be responsible for coordinating and delivering a range of recruitment events both in person and virtually, liaising with external partners and other universities. You should be confident in presenting to a range of audiences.
You will be proactive, customer-oriented and able to demonstrate excellent interpersonal skills, including the ability to communicate effectively and build relationships with a wide variety of people, ranging from prospective students to senior management.
With excellent attention-to-detail, you should also have strong IT skills, including working with Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint. Experience of CRM essential with HubSpot and Salesforce CRM specific experience highly desirable.
Specialised Higher Education recruitment knowledge of the EMEA & Americas market will be a distinct advantage.
