Applications are particularly welcome from those at an early stage of their independent careers.

The post will be based in the Department of Chemistry, Mansfield Road, Oxford, OX1 3TA and St. Peter’s College, New Inn Hall Street, Oxford, OX1 2DL.

An allowance of £2,846 p.a. would be payable upon award of Full Professor title.

We are committed to ensuring an inclusive interview process and will reimburse up to £250 towards any additional care costs (for a dependent child or adult) incurred as a result of attending an interview for this position.

Applications are particularly welcome from women and black and minority ethnic candidates, who are under-represented in academic posts in Oxford. All applicants will be judged on merit, according to the selection criteria.

Only applications received before 12.00 midday on Friday 11th of March 2022 can be considered. The interviews are likely to take place in mid-May 2022 and candidates must be available to travel to Oxford for this period. Anticipated start date is 1 October 2022.
