AV (Audio Visual) Analyst

Grade 5: £26,341 – £31,406 per annum
The Nuffield Department of Population Health (NDPH) contains world-renowned population health research groups and it provides an excellent environment for multi-disciplinary research and teaching. The department is home to major international research institutes such as the Clinical Trial Service Unit (CTSU) and is a key partner in the new Oxford University Big Data Institute (BDI).
As an AV (Audio Visual) Analyst, you will join a dedicated and friendly team providing vital IT support to all the department’s work and research projects. Your main responsibilities will include providing front line AV support to users, diagnostics and technical fixes across a range of AV systems. You will also be upgrading, installing and maintaining systems.
To be considered for the role you have a broad knowledge and hands on experience of AV technologies, equipment tools and applications with previous experience in user support. You will also require strong communication, organisational and problem solving skills.
The position is full time (part time considered) fixed term for three years. The closing date for applications is noon on 1 February.
