Clinical Trial Manager

Fixed term post on Grade 7: £32,817 – £40,322 p.a.

Applications are invited for a Clinical Trial Manager, this role is part of the Clinical Trials Unit working with Emma Ogburn, CTU Director of Operations. The role will oversee a portfolio of trials taking the lead on at least one trial.

The successful applicant will be working closely with other trial managers across the unit. Responsibilities will include all key tasks within the lifecycle of the trial, line management for a number of trial-coordinators and publicising the trial within the academic community.

You will hold a degree in a medical science or have equivalent experience, have experience of working in clinical trial management and data management, be highly IT literate with an interest in software development and a willingness to learn new programming methods and frameworks.

You will be based in the Gibson Building, Nuffield Department of Primary Care Health Sciences, Radcliffe Primary Care Building, Woodstock Road, Oxford, OX2 6GG.

The position is funded by MRC and EC, for 1 year in the first instance.
