About the role

Staffordshire University Registry is inviting applications for the role of Training & Development Officer, a post which is fixed term to the end of September 2021. Applications will be welcomed from external candidates and internal candidates looking for a secondment opportunity.

The successful applicant will work within the Student Records & Systems Team to support business analysis and functional development, with a particular focus on knowledge transfer. You will deliver development and training opportunities across the institution, sharing innovative new business practices and technical developments. This activity will include the identification of training needs, the development of training materials, and the creation of system and business process documentation.

The successful applicant will have experience in developing training plans, tools and materials. You will have a confident communication style and be comfortable working independently and as part of a brilliant and friendly team.

This post is offered on a part-time, fixed term basis until 30.09.2021, working 29.6 hours per week/0.8fte.
