About the role

Staffordshire Business School is seeking to make a new appointment of a Programme Assistant for its Apprenticeship provision. The post holder will support the coordination of on-boarding and delivery of the apprenticeship provision at Staffordshire University. This will include the initial response to potential apprentices, working in close partnership with local and national employers. The postholder will be required to quickly understand and interpret complex and challenging situations, and then work to either resolve the specific issue or provide relevant information. As well as undertaking recruitment activity you will contribute to the general administration for the apprenticeship provision and to the outreach activities of the School.
