Duties and Responsibilities

We are looking to recruit experienced Admissions Officers to work in our central admissions team, which manages applications to programmes across UCL. These posts will work across the area of undergraduate, Initial Teach Education, affiliate and graduate admissions.

Duties will include: the administration of all aspects of admissions, such as assessing and making selection decisions on applications against agreed criteria; communicating decisions to UCAS and applicants; handling enquiries from applicants, parents, schools and colleagues within UCL; preparing documentation to support applicants applying for a visa through the Home Office points based immigration system; and ensuring all entrants meet are compliant with statutory requirements.

These roles are open-ended.

Key Requirements

The successful candidate will have experience of admissions in a higher education setting. You will have excellent organisational skills with the ability to prioritise and work under pressure. The nature of the work requires individuals with good interpersonal skills who are able to successfully work in a team.
