Duties and Responsibilities

We have a fantastic opportunity for someone to join our Research and Innovation Directorate (RIS) as the Digital Communications Manager.

This is a brand new role within the Division which will lead and support all digital communications for RIS. This exciting new role with help deliver our bold and ambitious plans to provide excellent support for all research and innovation at UCL. You will lead and develop the communication strategy to build the departments internal reputation and reach through to a range of digital channels and you will project lead a major overhaul our digital presence.

This full time role will work flexibly from home and UCLs Bloomsbury Campus in London. We would consider part-time and flexible working.

Key Requirements

We are looking for candidates who have the ability to lead the digital expertise within the division and be seen as a go-to expert for digital communications. You will need expert knowledge of the digital landscape and the relationships between writing for web, Search Engine Optimisation (SEO), and user experience, including digital accessibility and inclusive content. Previous HE experience is not a prerequisite.
