Duties and Responsibilities

The Campus Experience and Infrastructure department focus on improving experience and commercial opportunities whilst delivering a safe, compliant, and well-maintained campus, which all play a vital role to students and staff experience whilst living, working, and studying at UCL.
The position will sit within the UCL Campus Experience and Commercial Services team, and they are now seeking to recruit a dynamic and creative individual to join the award-winning communications team. The post holder must be someone eager to learn, develop, and keen to make an impact on the life of students and staff at UCL.
The post is available immediately and is open ended.
The ideal candidate will have an undergraduate degree or equivalent experience, with strong working knowledge of Drupal, experience of working with different communications channels including websites, e-newsletters and social media and have knowledge of, and interest in, the area of student engagement and experience.
The post holder will report into the Communications Manager and will support them in implementing the departments Communications Strategy, as well as contribute to the development, implementation, management and evaluation of student/staff communication and engagement activities and initiatives.
