Duties and Responsibilities
The Institute for Innovation and Public Purpose (IIPP) is a department within UCL and part of The Bartlett faculty, known internationally for its radical thinking about space, design and sustainability. The work of the UCL Institute for Innovation and Public Purpose (IIPP) is influencing global policy decisions and creating new policy collaborations to deliver public value-driven innovations.
UCLs Institute for Innovation and Public Purpose (IIPP) is seeking an Events Assistant to support IIPP events delivery and execution including supporting the Comms, Marketing and Events Officer to deliver creative and inspiring public-facing events, talks and activities for a wide-ranging audience of UCL students and staff as well as a global audience of policy makers, academics and the wider public.
This appointment is available from 1st February 2022 to 31st July 2024 in the first instance.
The ideal candidate will have proven experience of providing administrative support and assistance at events themselves, as well as assisting with pre and post-event organisation and admin. This includes both online and in-person events.
