Duties and Responsibilities

This is an exciting opportunity for a highly organised and dynamic individual to join UCL as Executive Assistant to the Divisional Director and Divisional Manager of UCL School of Pharmacy, within the Faculty of Life Sciences.

Ranked No.1 in London and No. 8 in the World for Life Sciences and Medicine (QS Rankings 2020). The Faculty is one of the largest in UCL with over 900 staff and over 3,500 students and a diverse portfolio of research and teaching.

To deliver this role effectively you will need a combination of organisational skills, managing a varied workload, dealing sensitively with confidential issues and experience of managing the diaries and schedules senior leaders within a busy and dynamic environment, as well the ability to establish effective and collaborative relationships with a diverse range of people.

Key Requirements

The ideal candidate will be educated to A level standard, or NVQ Level IV administration, or have substantial relevant experience. Experience of working in a senior administrative position, incorporating an EA/PA role, in a large or complex organisation.
