Head of Delivery

Duties and Responsibilities

UCL is currently undertaking a review of our strategy, which will set our whole-university priorities for the next five years, focussing effort investment on a small number of shared priorities agreed through consultation with our community and stakeholders.

To help delivery against these priorities, we need to successfully implement change projects and programmes through an overarching delivery plan. The Head of Delivery will own our approach to delivering programmes and projects across the portfolio, setting the governance, standards, assurance approach and ways of working for programmes and projects.

Key Requirements

You will have significant programme and project delivery experience in leadership and management roles and be an experienced strategic thinker with the ability to develop and implement stretching plans and gain the buy-in and support of senior stakeholders. You will have evidence of achievement working in large, complex and decentralised organisations with a significant number of diverse stakeholders.
