Duties and Responsibilities
UCL is currently undertaking a review of our strategy, which will set our whole-university priorities for the next five years, focussing effort investment on a small number of shared priorities agreed through consultation with our community and stakeholders. To achieve this we need to develop consistent and complimentary approach to end to end service design and architecture. This will enable teams to deliver more cohesive and straightforward services and then invest in a balanced portfolio of change initiatives to deliver the changes needed to integrate and implement improved and new services.
You will have experience of leading on the approach service and business design. You will have strong leadership skills, including transformation and change management with a track record of bringing stakeholders, at all levels of the organisation with you in the transformation/change.
