Duties and Responsibilities

An experienced administrator is required to support the Head of Department and Principle Investigators in the Department of Experimental & Translational Medicine. The Department provides a collaborative cross-disciplinary environment for basic scientists, clinicians, and engineers taking innovative approaches to understand the mechanisms of health and illness. We are seeking a pro-active and organised individual to provide administrative support to the Department and Division covering PA type duties, organising seminars and events, servicing meetings and obtaining, analysing and providing information as required.

This post is funded until 20 August 2022 in the first instance.

Key Requirements

We are looking for an organised and pro-active individual. They must be experienced in providing administrative support. Communication skills are key, both written and oral. They must also be numerate and able to interpret and present basic financial information. Strong attention to detail is a requirement.
