Duties and Responsibilities
The Paediatric Rare Cardiovascular Diseases Research Group at UCL Institute of Cardiovascular Science is dedicated to clinical and translational research in the field of rare paediatric cardiac conditions, including inherited heart muscle disease, inherited arrhythmias, aortopathies and pulmonary hypertension.
The main purpose of this role is to provide support to research studies and coordinate activities of research teams within the Rare Cardiovascular Diseases Group. This includes but is not exclusive to having patient contact, assisting with the development of protocols and engaging in clinical data collection.
Duration of the role is until 31st December 2023 in the first instance.
We are looking for someone with experience of undertaking clinical research, good interpersonal skills with an ability to work co-operatively in a multidisciplinary setting and a high level of consideration and care for patients and research subjects.
