The School is now seeking to appoint a Senior Teaching and Learning Administrator (Postgraduate Programmes) to lead in achieving a high quality and timely service for current and prospective students and staff relating to the School of Architecture Postgraduate programmes. The post holder will manage all matters relating to the Teaching and Learning activities of students from enquiry to completion, including organisation of committees and processes relating to assessment, student and course records.
This role forms part of the School Education Team and the post holder will manage 1x Grade 6 Teaching and Learning Administrator. This will involve setting objectives, supervising and managing workloads.
We are looking for candidates with previous student support experience gained in a busy environment. You will be a proficient user of a variety of computer packages including Microsoft and be willing and capable of learning and using new systems. In addition, you will possess strong verbal and communication skills and be able to liaise with a wide variety of people across the School and wider UCL.
You should be confident in and capable of prioritising and organising your own workload as well as maintaining accuracy across the varied activities of the role.
This is an entry level management role, so whilst line management experience is not required, supervisory or management experience will be an advantage.
