Duties and Responsibilities

UCLs Institute for Innovation and Public Purpose (IIPP) is seeking a Staffing Administrator to join.

The Institute for Innovation and Public Purpose (IIPP) is a department within UCL and part of The Bartlett faculty, known internationally for its radical thinking about space, design and sustainability. The work of the UCL Institute for Innovation and Public Purpose (IIPP) is influencing global policy decisions and creating new policy collaborations to deliver public value-driven innovations.

The Operations Team providing a comprehensive and effective HR and Staffing Service to all members of staff within IIPP. The post holder will ensure all staff are aware of and adhere to HR policies and procedures as well as offering advice to staff on appropriate staffing procedures in matters relating to probations, appraisals, recruitment and selection. The post holder will be expected to work closely with UCL central Human Resources Team and the Institute

This appointment is available from 1st February 2022 to 31st January 2024 in the first instance

Key Requirements

The ideal candidate will have proven recruitment, selection and HR experience in a busy office environment.
