Duties and Responsibilities

The Student Records Officer is part of a team providing effective administration of UCLs processes for student record keeping from enrolment to graduation, including module selection, assessment mark processing, progression and awarding of qualifications.

Duties will include: being responsible for UG, PGT and PGR students; working collaboratively and positively with contacts in other professional services, academic departments and faculties; assisting with enrolment, responding to queries, processing examination entries; working as part of a team in a flexible way to ensure the team meets its objectives and timescales. In addition, the candidate would be expected to contribute ideas and suggestions on how to improve some of the processes.

Key Requirements

The candidate should have experience of working in an administrative support role in a busy office environment. They should possess excellent IT, written and spoken communication skills, a meticulous and organised approach to work with a high standard of accuracy and an ability to prioritise tasks to meet deadlines.
