Duties and Responsibilities

The Teaching Administrator will provide full administrative support to the Institutes portfolio of programmes. This will include the recruitment and management of students for the new MSc in Obstetrics Ultrasound and Fetal Medicine.

The role holder will work closely with the University College London Hospital Trust Programme Lead and support him with the development of teaching and training platforms across the two organisations, 2 days per week (0.4FTE).

Our high quality programmes are led by researchers and clinicians with expertise across the whole spectrum of womens health.

Key Requirements

Substantive experience of working in an office environment (essential), and preferably in a Higher Education/Hospital setting.

Administration of a taught educational programme ie. A levels, Bachelors or Masters (essential).

Excellent organisational skills, with the ability to prioritise, work flexibly and to strict deadlines, manage own variable workload, and work proactively without guidance for much of the time.

Educated to A-Level standard or equivalent (e.g. NVQ Level 3).

GCSE English and Maths at Grade C or above.
