Duties and Responsibilities

Working with the Teaching Administrators (TA) and academic tutors to provide effective and responsive support for education activity, taking responsibility for a specific set of modules and/or programmes allocated by the Team Manager/Deputy Team Manager. This includes providing extensive support to the Teaching Administrators during the examination and assessment period.

This opportunity is available from now until 31 July 2024 in the first instance.

Key Requirements

The successful candidate will be educated to GCSE standard or equivalent with a minimum of grade C for GCSE English and maths (or equivalent) and have excellent IT skills with experience of MS Office (particularly Word and Excel), other tools like MS Teams, SharePoint, and the use of internet. Experience of working in a student related role in a UK Higher Education institution is desirable.
