Duties and Responsibilities
The Wellcome / EPSRC Centre for Interventional and Surgical Sciences (WEISS) at UCL brings together a worldleading team of engineering and clinical experts working to develop new surgical technologies.
Main duties and responsibilities for this role include providing co-ordination, management and support for the strategic development of research and enterprise activities within WEISS including possible educational opportunities and setting up an appropriate process for qualification of opportunities for commercial partnerships.
This role is funded until 30 April 2022 in the first instance.
Key Requirements
Key requirements for this role are as follows:
Undergraduate degree in a subject related to the department or equivalent level of knowledge and experience.
Strong stakeholder engagement skills, including networking and negotiating.
Ability to be discrete and maintain confidentiality in accordance with current Data Protection Legislation.
