Applications are invited for a part-time project administrator to join the high-profile Air Pollution Project Teams in the Department of Applied Mathematics and Theoretical Physics, at the University of Cambridge, led by Professor Paul Linden.

Primarily this post will provide administrative support to the CO-TRACE project, but will also support other air pollution projects, such as Managing Air for Green Inner Cities (MAGIC) and Tackling Air Pollution at School (TAPAS). The role holder will provide an administrative service to Professor Linden and the CO-TRACE team, organise events and meetings, collate data, and act as a point of contact for all enquiries.

The successful candidate should be educated to A Level level/NVQ Level 3 standard or equivalent level of practical experience. The role holder will be competent in standard software packages and be competent using online web/database tools such as GoDaddy and Mail chimp. They will have excellent organisational skills and be able to prioritise their own work load. Excellent communication skills and an ability to demonstrate knowledge of administration processes is essential.
