Previous demonstrable experience in excellent customer care and service, office experience and the use of Microsoft Office, incl databases, are essential. The role holder will be required to demonstrate experience of practical maintenance skills and a sufficient understanding of maintenance issues in order to communicate effectively with contractors and service providers.

Temporary cover: This post is fixed-term for 12 months or the return of the post holder, whichever is the earlier.

Once an offer of employment has been accepted, the successful candidate will be required to undergo a basic disclosure (criminal records check) check, a health assessment and a security check.
