We are looking for a talented and enthusiastic administrator to join us in the role of Events Assistant, where you will be part of a dynamic, innovative and supportive team delivering a sophisticated global program of events.

As the Events Assistant, you will provide essential administrative support to ensure the events programme’s smooth running. You will play a key role in maintaining good relationships with alumni/non-alumni and managing the busy schedule of enquiries, event bookings and communications. As a first contact point with alumni, prospects and donors, you will have excellent written and verbal communication skills and create a positive impression of the university.

This position is an exciting opportunity for someone who enjoys a busy and demanding workload, able to manage multiple projects simultaneously, and has a passion for events. A flexible and innovative approach to their work is essential, along with creative flair and vision as well as excellent administration skills.
