University Information Services (UIS) seeks a mission-driven individual for the role of Head of UIS Communications. The post-holder will be responsible for building and managing a professional and high-performing UIS Comms Team, and will lead on UIS communication delivery across the University.

The role will be responsible for the development and implementation of the overall UIS Comms strategy and manage the UIS Comms Team.

Reporting to the Deputy Director UIS, the Head of UIS Communications defines and leads meaningful communication to all stakeholder groups and service users.

As the successful candidate, you will have exceptional interpersonal and communication skills with a strong commitment to customer service and open communication. You will have experience of managing complex multi-stakeholder communications, ideally in an IT context.

This role is based in West Cambridge. The successful candidate may need to work remotely in the first instance.
