Fixed-term contract until 31 December 2022.

To support the successful implementation of the following key HR projects by delivering a high level of administrative support and project co-ordination:

1) the introduction of a new Academic (Teaching and Scholarship) Career Pathway

2) the university-wide Casual Workforce Management Project

We are looking for a highly organised, self-motivated individual with a pro-active approach to project administration. Educated to A level standard, or with equivalent experience, you will be able to demonstrate advanced IT skills in Word, Outlook and Excel, as well as excellent analytical skills, including data analytics. A high level of accuracy and ability to work with attention to detail is essential as are good communication and interpersonal skills. Ideally you will have some experience of managing or co-ordinating projects.
