The Re-Imagining Professional Services (RPS) programme is one of the thirteen projects under the University of Cambridge Recovery Plan. It is a transformation programme that seeks to create a cohesive and inclusive Professional Services community that can work seamlessly together, deliver change and support the University in achieving its mission and be financially sustainable. The programme will contribute to the University financial recovery and sustainability post-Covid, delivering a Professional Services community that by working together in a collaborative and effective manner will enable the University to continue to fulfil its ambitions.

The RPS Programme Manager sits in the heart of the University of Cambridge – in the Academic Division. The role holder must be able to adopt flexible and appropriate approaches for the various components of the programme and those they are working with.

To perform this role effectively you will have demonstrable experience of applying professional processes to the delivery of business projects; delivering projects within a virtual environment; and delivering large-scale projects. You will be educated to a degree level and will have PRINCE 2 Practitioner (or equivalent) qualification. You will have a pragmatic approach to PM and will work in a pragmatic and analytical manner.
