We are seeking an enthusiastic person to join our Building Services Team in the new Heart and Lung Research Institute (HLRI). The HLRI is a new state of the art research facility on the Cambridge Biomedical Campus, which is due to be operational by April 2022. The new building contains laboratories, office space and on the ground floor a Clinical Research Facility (CRF) besides seminar and conference rooms. The building will house approx. 400 staff from the Department of Medicine, Public Health and Primary Care, and Royal Papworth.
You will be part of a building services team and will provide reception and administrative support to groups and visitors to the building.
This is an opportunity to join the team in the early stages of getting the building up and operational, which will be exciting and rewarding. In the first instance, the successful applicant may be required to do ad hoc duties to assist the Building Services Manager and the rest of the team to get the building ready for opening.
Once an offer of employment has been accepted, the successful candidate will be required to undergo a basic disclosure (criminal records check) check and a security check.
