It’s an exciting time to be joining the International Team at the Cambridge Admissions Office. We’re expanding our team and enhancing our international student recruitment activity. We work with prospective undergraduate and postgraduate applicants and their teachers, advisers and parents promoting the university. This role will play an important part in delivering the international recruitment strategy.
The post holder will support the ongoing development and implementation of international student recruitment activity. It will support recruitment activity across a number of regions and take a lead on UK international recruitment as well as a number of UK based initiatives such as our newsletter and annual Guidance Counsellor Conference. It is also anticipated that there will be occasional requirement for this role to cover international recruitment trips.
Applicants should be educated to at least degree level and have experience of student recruitment or student services with an education setting, alongside experience of planning and delivering events. In addition, applicants should have an understanding of the issues affecting recruitment and admission of international students, excellent interpersonal and communication skills, and the ability to produce text copy for a variety of audiences.
