Contracts Administrator – Facilities Management (Part Time)

We are seeking a motivated administrator to provide support to our Estate Management teams. You will take responsibility, in conjunction with another colleague, for the monitoring and management of contractors, contracts and a large variety of facilities services. The ability to work flexibly and effectively as part of a team in a fast-paced, reactive environment is absolutely essential.
You must have a good standard of education and communication skills to support the high level of administration that is required for this position. It is essential you are confident, willing and able to take a leading role in communication with internal and external businesses, able to use a range of IT systems, are both adaptable and conscientious and have the ability to work methodically, without the need for close supervision.
This part time role will be located at our Bishop Otter Campus at Chichester, ideally working three whole days each week, Monday to Wednesday, but some flexibility could be considered.
